An English Elocution Competition was conducted at St Isabel’s High School on 25th August 2026. The competition provided students with an opportunity to showcase their confidence, oratory skills, expression and command of the English language.
Students from Standards V to VII participated by reciting poems, while students from Standards VIII to X delivered speeches. The participants represented their respective houses, adding a spirit of healthy competition and enthusiasm to the event.
The Chief Guest appreciated the efforts of the students and congratulated them for their confidence, preparation and impressive performances. The judges also appreciated the students for their expressive presentation and effective delivery.
After a keenly contested competition, the Yellow House emerged as the Overall Winner, followed by the Red House in second place.
The event was a great success and encouraged students to develop their communication skills, confidence and love for the English language.
