The Annual Day Celebration of St Isabel’s High School (Secondary Section) was held on 1st October 2025 with great enthusiasm and joy.
The program began with the lighting of the lamp by the Chief Guest, Mrs. Clare Almeida, former teacher of St. Isabel’s High School. The dignitaries were welcomed with bouquets and applause. After the invocation dance, the Headmistress welcomed the gathering, highlighting the academic achievements, co-curricular activities and development work undertaken during the year. Her address reflected the school’s commitment to excellence and holistic education. The Chief Guest, in her address, appreciated the efforts of the management and staff in nurturing the students and preparing them for the future. She encouraged the students to work hard and maintain discipline in all their endeavors.
The highlight of the evening was the cultural program, where students presented a variety of performances including dances, skits, based on the theme “The Heart that raised me”. Each performance was vibrant and reflected the creativity and teamwork of both
students and teachers. The prize distribution ceremony followed, where students excelling in academics, sports and co-curricular activities were felicitated. Parents cheered proudly as their children received medals and certificates.
The celebration concluded with a vote of thanks proposed by Miss Veena D’Souza expressing gratitude to the Chief Guest, parents, teachers and students for their wholehearted participation and support. The National Anthem marked the end of the program. The Annual Day was indeed a memorable event that reflected the spirit, unity and talent of our school community.
