REPUBLIC DAY CELEBRATIONS
Republic Day is celebrated on January 26th every year to honour the date on which the Constitution of India came into effect. This day holds great significance as it marks the birth of the Indian Republic.
At St Isabel’s High School, Republic Day celebration was a grand event filled with patriotism and enthusiasm. All the students assembled on the school at 7.45am The tri colour flag was unflured by our chief guest Mrs Salita Fernandes (ex teacher)
This was followed by the National Anthem played by our band girls. There were speeches in Hindi and English followed by patriotic songs and dance. The program ended with distribution of sweets.
