On World Cancer Day, Terry Fox India Committee organized the 23rd Terry Fox Run on Sunday 4th of February 2024. Children were asked to meet at the Air India Building, Nariman Point at 7.00am which was the staring point of the Marathon.
45 Students along with 3 Teachers of St Isabel’s High School participated in the Marathon. There were posters and banners made by the students which they displayed while shouting out slogans to fight Cancer. Terry Fox t-shirts were given to each one participating in the race.
There were many other schools who took part along with St Isabel’s High School. The marathon ended at Brabourne Stadium where all the runners finished the race.
Refreshments were served to the all the participants along with their parents after which they returned home. It was a day filled with motivation, strength and support in everyone’s hearts.
