Teachers orientation was conducted on 25th June 2024. Fr. Clifton Lobo was the resource person. He spoke on creativity, fluency and flexibility. Father also stressed on the three things that are an essential part of the teaching career.
Fr Clifton gave us a special formula called – SCAMPER – A method on how to be creative in teaching process.
Brain storming was done with the teachers, where activities like “questionnaires” and “be creative with your name” was conducted.
It was a day where the teachers learnt a lot and agreed to put it into daily practice.
