Dear Parents and Students,

It is with great delight that I welcome you to our school website. I am excited and honoured to have the opportunity to lead a school with such a rich tradition both, in and out of the classroom. Let us now embark on a brief journey to know the institution a little better.

Our Story

Our School has an incredible history. We are named in honour of St. Isabel of Aragon (Protugal). Since 1887, we have been providing a safe, enthusiastic and educative environment to all our beloved Isabellians. Our school remained co-educational till April 1968, and since the following academic year of June 1968 onwards, the school has admitted only girl students. St. Isabel has won accolades as one of the leading Christian Schools in the neighbourhood, educating well over 1500 girl students.

          Our Motto: Charity Forever

In Living with our Patroness St.Isabel, our motto is embedded as ‘Charity Forever’. We inculcate the value of humility through our charitable attitude, as charity is the virtue that enables us to love our neighbour as ourselves.

   Our Visions

  • To Empower young minds to grow with integrity, so that each of the Isabellians may become the unique and beautiful person God has meant for them to be.
  • To be a vibrant community of contributors towards innovation, so that our students may transform their families, their school, the country, and the world as a whole to build a just and caring global community.
  • To create a dynamic learning space wherein every student and educator practices the attitude, knowledge, and skills to be a happy and socially responsible global citizen.

As we begin our new annual and scholastic year, we pray for God’s guidance to provide us with his grace to live up to our institution’s visions. I am sure, like many fruitful years of the past, this year too, together we will achieve much.

All the very best, and God bless.

Yours Sincerely,

Jenet George
